This study intends to verify the influence of various IT utilization skills of education institute on the education performances in the field of customized employment training at the academic-industrial cooperation environment. For this study, an analysis was conducted to discover the impact of the variables such as IT utilization skills in designing creative education programs, systematic utilization of educational database, IT utilization skills of managers, and utilization of digitized learning materials on the differentiation of educational program contents and service quality. We also observed how the quality of educational program contents and service quality influence on the level of education performances. As a result of analysis, systematic utilization of database positively affected on the quality of education program contents, also utilization of digitized materials in offline education had a positive effect on the education service quality. The results implied that when developing an educational program, systematic analysis of education informations and development of educational database would be very useful especially in the professional, technical, and customized education. Moreover, the quality of education services would be improved if digitized education materials are used well in the offline education. To improve education performance, more systematic and scientific ways are required in the development of education programs, and also need to skill-up the IT capabilities of education managers and trainers. Nevertheless, the key success factors are to find what trainees(users) want for their job performance and provide professional customized training program as well as high contents and service quality.

본 연구는 산학협력이 이루어지는 업무 중 기업 맞춤형 인력양성 교육과 관련하여 조직의 다양한 정 보기술 활용역량이 기업의 교육성과에 어떤 영향을 주는가를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 정보기술 활용역 량을 IT이용 교육프로그램 설계의 창의성, 교육관련 데이터베이스의 활용, 교육관리자의 IT 운영역량, 그리고 최신 디지털 실습자료의 활용으로 나누고 교육기관이 가진 이들 IT 활용역량이 교육프로그램 내용품질과 교육서비스품질에 어떤 영향을 미치며, 이 매개변수들이 다시 실제 맞춤형 인력양성 교육 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다. 분석결과, 체계화된 데이터베이스 활용은 교육프로그램 내용 품질에 긍정적인 영향을 주었고, 오프라인 교육에서 디지털화된 실습자료의 활용은 교육서비스 품질에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 교육프로그램 개발 시 교육관련 정보를 데이터베이스 화하고 이를 체계적으로 분석하여 맞춤형 교육에 반영하는 것이 효과적임을 의미한다. 또한 디지털화 된 실습자료를 잘 활용한다면 교육서비스 품질을 높일 수 있음을 시사한다. 마지막으로 산학협력 맞춤 형 인력양성에 있어 핵심 성공요인은 교육생의 요구사항을 반영하고 다양한 정보기술을 활용하여 전문 적인 맞춤형 교육과정의 개발과 함께 교육 콘텐츠 제공과 교육 서비스의 품질을 높이는데 있다.
