The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of developmental assets of immigrant youth on the citizenship of community. The subjects of the study were 294 youth migrant students attending 4th, 5th, 6th grade in elementary school and middle school and alternative school student. The sampling method was intentional sampling. Data were analyzed by regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 program. The results are as follows. The factors that influence the citizenship of communityism are support, scope and expectation, social ability, positive identity. Factors influencing participation consciousness, sub - factors of communityism are support, capacity building, constructive use of time, social ability, positive identity, and period of residence in Korea. Factors affecting community consciousness are support, scope and expectations, positive values, social competence, and positive identity. Support, scope and expectation, learning enthusiasm, positive identity, age were statistically significant factors in national and historical consciousness. The results of this study suggest that policy, educational, and social concerns are needed to enhance support, social competence, and positive identity in order to strengthen the citizenship of communalism in migrant background youth. Migration backgrounds In order to develop the potential of adolescents, it is necessary to reach a multi-layered and multi-faceted approach at home, school, and community.

본 연구는 이주배경청소년의 발달자산이 공동체주의 시민성에 미치는 영향을 알아보 는 것이다. 연구대상은 초등학교 고학년과 중학교 및 대안학교에 재학 중인 이주배경청 소년 294명이다. 표집방법은 의도적 표집으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램 을 이용하여 회귀분석으로 처리하였고, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 공동체주의 시민성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 지지, 범위와 기대, 사회적 능력, 긍정적 정체감이다. 공동체주의 의 하위요인인 참여의식에는 요인은 지지, 역량함양, 건설적인 시간사용, 사회적 능력, 긍정적 정체감, 국내 거주기간이고, 공동체 의식에는 지지, 범위와 기대, 긍정적 가치관, 사회적 능력, 긍정적 정체감이며, 국가 및 역사의식에는 지지, 범위와 기대, 학습열의, 긍정적 정체감, 나이가 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 주는 요인으로 각각 나타났다. 이 결과를 활용하여 이주배경청소년의 공동체주의 시민성을 강화시키기 위해 지지, 사회 적 능력, 긍정적 정체감을 향상시킬 수 있는 정책적·교육적·사회적인 관심이 요구된 다. 이주배경청소년들의 잠재적 역량을 개발하기 위하여 가정, 학교, 지역사회 등에서 다층적이고 다각적으로 다가갈 필요가 있다.
