The purpose of this study is to suggest a new direction for the university’s general education curriculum evaluation policy by examining effects of students, professors, and class variables on lecture evaluation by students in liberal arts college. The materials are from students evaluation held in the second semester of K-university in 2017. The results of this study were as follows: First, the lecture evaluation showed a significant difference according to the number of students. Second, the lecture evaluation was significantly lower in male professors with tenure higher career experience than professors who did not. Third, the lecture evaluation between academic departments was different in the class variables. In particular, the lower field is a required course as a science and technology course, and the lecture evaluation of E-learning type is low. These results were also routinely analyzed by multiple regression analysis and analysis of the top 10% and the bottom 10% of the lecture.

본 연구의 목적은 대학 교양교육에서 강의 평가에 미치는 학생, 교수, 수업 변인의 효과를 알 아보아 대학교양 평가정책에 대한 새로운 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 2017학년도 2 학기 K-대학교 교양교육과정 운영결과 학생들의 강의평가를 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 학 생변인으로 학생수에 따라 강의평가가 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 특히 80명이상강의는 그렇지 않 은 강의보다 강의평점이 유의미하게 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 교수변인에서 경력에 있어서 경력이 높 은 남자 일반전임교수가 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 유의미하게 강의평가가 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 수업변인에 있어서 계열간 강의평가가 다르게 나타났다. 특히 낮은 분야는 과학기술계열로서 필 수교과목이면서 심화, E-러닝 유형의 교과목이 강의평가가 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 다중 회귀분석과 강의평가 상위 10%의 우수강의와 하위 10%의 개선강의에 대한 분석에서도 일과적 으로 나타났다. 우수강의와 개선강의에 영향을 미치는 변인은 주로 교수변인 즉, 교수경력, 직위, 직책, 전임비전임 등이 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
