This research conducted in-depth interviews and analyzed experiences through case study methods to understand the experiences of social worker for people with disabilities participating in person-centered planning. This study classified data according to within-case analysis and cross-case analysis, and analyzed it qualitatively according to the framework of the logic model called input-transition-outcome in the cross-case analysis. As a result of the analysis, the study derived four core categories and eight subcategories: ‘initial implementation and response to person-centered planning’ in the input process, ‘activity content’ and ‘challenge of person-centered planning’ in the transition process, and ‘craving for my growth and newness’ in the outcome process. The findings suggested that a change is necessary to an organizational level that practice person-centered through the preparation an appropriate practice method for the organization, the establishment of a structural system, and the empowerment of social worker.

본 연구는 사람중심계획에 참여한 장애인복지 실천가에 대한 경험을 이해하고자 사례 연구 방법을 통해 심층면접을 실시하고 경험을 분석하였다. 사례 내 분석, 사례 간 분석에 따라 분류하였으며, 사례 간 분석에서 투입-전환-성과라는 논리모델의 틀에 따라 질적으로 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 투입 과정에서 ‘사람중심계획에 대한 초기 이행 및 반응’, 전환 과정에서 ‘활동 내용’과 ‘사람중심계획의 도전’, 성과 과정에서 ‘나의 성장과 새로움에 대한 갈망’ 이라는 4개의 핵심범주와 함께 8개의 하위 범주를 도출하였다. 분석 결과를 토대로 기관에 맞는 실천 방법 마련과 구조적인 체계 마련, 실천가의 역량강화를 통해 사람중심을 실천하는 조직 차원으로 변화가 필요함을 제언하였다.
