In order to overcome intensive competition, it has recently become the main issue for medium and small-sized companies in Chungbuk region to actively utilize external resources like universities or research institutions. If we accumulate detailed information related to the industries and experts in database and search it via well-established index system, we could link not only basic information related to industries and experts but also industries’ obstacle technology and experts’ abilities, and this will definitely useful in conducting cooperation among industries, universities and research institutions. In this paper, we investigate the current situation and problem in existing industrial information management and propose an integrated solution. Especially, we propose methods of establishing and utilizing an integrated DB related to Chungbuk region’s industrial information. We also present a prototype system to provide the main infrastructure which will later be used to collect and provide industrial information.

산업체, 학교, 연구소, 공공기관이 각자의 지식과 기술을 공유하고 협력하면 정보교환, 인적교 류 등을 통한 신기술 개발과 비용절감 등 다양한 성과를 얻을 수 있다. 그러나 이를 위해서는 각 기관 에 산재한 유용한 정보를 통합하여 산업정보 DB(database)로 구축하고, 각 기관의 역할을 명확히 분 담하여 지속적으로 유지관리 하는 것이 중요한 선결과제이다. 본 논문에서는 산업정보를 필요한 사람 에게 신속, 정확, 편리하게 제공하기 위한 방안과, 이를 지속적으로 유지관리하기 위한 각 기관의 역 할 분담 방안을 제안한다. 특히 충북지역을 중심으로 제안된 방식에 따라 통합 산업정보 데이터베이 스 시스템 프로토타입을 구축하고, 다차원 분석을 통해 산학협력에 필요한 다양한 정보를 필요한 사 람에게 적시에 제공하며, 궁극적으로 산학협동을 위한 기본 인프라로 활용하고자 한다.
