Recently, the Enterprise Architecture is getting a de-facto methodology to manage not only information technologies but also total resources of organizations. Many organizations have developed many kinds of reference architectures and reference models without compliance concept among them. In results, we have achieved a limited objectives of the Enterprise Architecture. So, we need to make Compliance Process for all activities of the Enterprise Architecture in case of development of reference models, architectures and information systems. In this paper, we propose not only the Compliance Management Process that can be used for development of references models and reference architectures, but also the Change management process that can be used for optimizing reference models. I expect that this paper would be able to applied when you develop reference models and/or architectures based on the concept of Enterprise Architecture more effectively.

최근, 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처는 정보기술 뿐만 아니라 조직의 모든 자원을 관리하는 사실상의 표준 방법론이 되고 있다. 이에 따라 많은 조직에서 다양한 참조 아키텍처 및 참조모델들을 개발 및 활용 하고 있으나 그 산출물들 사이의 관계 정립 및 순응도 개념의 적용은 극히 제한적이다. 부분적으로 순응도 평가 및 순응도 관리를 수행하더라도 기술 아키텍처에 중점을 두고 있기 때문 에 엔터프라이즈 관점에서의 순응도 관리에는 다소 제한이 따른다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 참조모델, 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처, 정보시스템을 개발할 때 각 개발 단계 에 대한 엔터프라이즈 관점의 아키텍처 순응도 관리 프로세스뿐만 아니라 순응도 기준이 되는 표 준 아키텍처의 최적화를 위한 변화 관리 프로세스를 제안함으로써 좀 더 효과적으로 엔터프라이 즈 아키텍처 개념에 바탕을 둔 정보시스템 및 아키텍처 산출물들을 개발할 수 있도록 한다.
