This study aimed to draw the measures for coping with the cyber deviance of delinquent adolescents, by understanding the actual status of cyber deviance offending experience of delinquent adolescents, and also examining the psychosocial factors having effects on the cyber deviance. For this, a survey on the cyber deviance offending experience and psychosocial factors was conducted targeting 274 adolescents on probation in each region. And the descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed. In the results of this study, out of the cyber deviance offending experience, the percentage of cyber-defamation was the highest. Thus, in order to understand the psychosocial factors having effects on the cyber-defamation, the correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted. In the results of correlation analysis on the psychological factors, there were positive correlations of offending experience of cyber-defamation, impulsivity, aggression, and negative affectivity while there were negative correlations of empathy, morality, self-esteem, and life satisfaction. Also, in the results of correlation analysis on the social factors, there were positive correlations between negligence and experience of tension while there were negative correlations between social support and attachment to parents. In the results of regression analysis, the impulsivity, depression and morality of psychological factors had significant effects on the cyber-defamation. The negligence of social factors had significant effects on it. Lastly, based on the results above, the measures for coping with the cyber deviance of delinquent adolescents were drawn.

본 연구는 비행청소년의 사이버일탈 가해 경험 실태를 파악하고 사이버일탈에 영향 을 미치는 심리사회적 요인을 살펴봄으로써 비행청소년들의 사이버일탈에 대한 대응방 안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 각 지역별로 보호관찰 중인 청소년 274명을 대상으 로 사이버일탈 가해 경험과 심리사회적 요인에 대한 설문조사를 실시하고 기술통계분 석, 상관 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 사이버일탈 가해경험 중 사이버비방의 경험 비율이 가장 높았으며 이에 따라 사이버비방에 영향을 미치는 심리사회적 요인을 파악하기 위해 상관 및 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 심리적 요인에 대한 상관분석 결과 사 이버비방의 가해경험과 충동성, 공격성, 부적정서 간에 정적 상관이 나타났으며 공감, 도덕성, 자아존중감, 삶의 만족도 간에 부적 상관이 나타났다. 또한 사회적 요인에 대한 상관분석 결과 방임, 긴장경험과 정적상관이 사회적지지, 부모애착과는 부적 상관이 나 타났다. 회귀분석 결과 심리적 요인에서는 충동성과 우울, 도덕성이 사이버비방에 유의 한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 사회적 요인에서는 방임이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 위의 결과를 통해 비행청소년의 사이버일탈에 대한 대응 방안을 도출하였다.
