ITA is a complexion measurement based on the CIE L*a*b* color space, which is widely used in skin complexion studies and cosmetic efficacy assessments. we aim to explore the factors which cause the darkness, redness and yellowness in skin. We adopted ITA’s three parts as the classification (brightness, red-green hue, yellow-blue hue), and summarized the biochemical mechanism of each factor and the intersection of some pathways. We proposed some suggestions for improving skin color and assumed that skin care on a point may could fan out to an area. The results demonstrate that ITA had a good prospect on cosmetics efficacy evaluation and skin color evaluation.We should pay more attention to the application value of ITA.

ITA值是基于CIE L*a*b*颜色空间建立的皮肤颜色测量指标，目前广泛应用于皮肤颜色研究和化妆品功效评测中， 本文旨在对基于ITA值的导致皮肤发黑暗沉、发红、发黄的影响因素进行梳理综述。本文以构成ITA值的亮白、 红-绿色相、黄-蓝色相三个因素为分类依据，对导致皮肤发黑暗沉、发红、发黄的影响因素进行了梳理分析，总 结了各因素的生化机制及部分通路交叉点。依此提出一些改善皮肤颜色的建议及“以点带面”的护肤设想。ITA值 在肤色评定和化妆品功效评价方面的广泛认可及其良好的发展前景，更加重视其在肤色发黑发黄发红细分类方 面的应用意义。

ITA는 CIE L*a*b* 색상모델을 기반으로 하는 피부색 측정 지표로서 피부색 연구와 화장품 효능 평가에 널리 사용된다. 본 논문은 ITA 값을 이용하여 피부가 어둡고, 홍조를 띠거나, 황색으로 변하는 요인을 탐구하고자 한다. ITA 값을 구성하는 밝기, 적색-녹색 및 노란색-파란색의 3단계를 기준으로 피부가 어두워지거나, 홍조 및 황변에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고, 각 요인의 생화학적 메커니즘 및 부분 연결 통로의 교차점을 요약하였다. 이를 토대로 피부색을 개선하는 몇 가지 제안을 하였고, "포인트-투-페이스 (point-to-face)"로 한점으로부터 얼굴 전체를 케어하는 스킨 케어 아이디어를 구상하였다. 결과적으로 ITA는 화장품 효능 평가 및 피부색 평가에 있어 전망이 밝으므로 앞으로 ITA의 응용 가치에 더욱 주의를 기울여야 할 것이다.
