- The school athletic club was exposed in not-educational situation that they did only an discipline to the same extent as professional athletes did. The problem was that too many student athletes have been dropped out, particularly, they have been failed in process of adaption. Accordingly, the domain of research had to try to propose alternative ways to help the adapting process. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to, first, find the process and its traits that drop-out student athletes have adapted from athlete to student, second, propose a few alternative ways to help adaptational process of drop-out student athletes through examining the adaptational process of drop-out student athletes. According to the result, the phase of adapt emerged as 'getting themselves together', 'trying to adapt', I suggested a few traits of the process and alternative ways.
