성과 분석 관리 및 고객 접촉 채널 기반의 원격 CRM 통합 솔루션 구현
Implementation of Remote CRM Integration Solution based on Performance Analysis Management and Customer Contact Channel
In modern society, the relationship between users represented by customers and suppliers represented by companies is complex and difficult. In this regard, it has become more difficult and important to survive as a company to maintain relationships with customers, rather than securing new customers on the supplier side. In this respect, CRM is of importance as a way for suppliers to create new customers based on existing data, as well as the need to be more effective in managing existing customers. Therefore, in this paper, we conducted research to provide an advanced CRM environment that integrates customer management, business management, sales, marketing, and service management. We have designed a system that provides a business base for small and medium enterprises to achieve greater efficiency compared to the workforce in a unified work environment and provides a remote customer management program. Through this, we have implemented an integrated CRM solution based on remote service that can provide various business services and various product descriptions and after sales service to customers using remote control, voice and video chat.

현대사회에서 고객으로 대표되는 사용자와 기업으로 대표되는 공급자간의 관계는 복잡하고도 어려운 면면을 보여주고 있으며 그러한 면에서 공급자 측면에서 신규고객의 확보보다는 기 확보하고 있는 고객과의 관계유지가 더 어 렵고 중요한 기업생존의 요건으로 부각이 되어왔다. 이런 측면에서 공급자가 기존고객을 확실히 효과적으로 관리할 필 요성 뿐 아니라 기존 데이터를 바탕으로 신규고객을 창출할 수 있는 방법으로 CRM은 그 중요성을 지닌다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 고객관리, 업무관리, 영업, 마케팅, 서비스 관리가 통합된 진보된 CRM 환경을 제공하여 중소기업이 진행이 일원화된 업무환경에서 인력대비 큰 효율을 올릴 수 있는 업무기반을 제공해 주며, 원격 고객관리 프로그램을 제공하 여 원격제어, 음성 및 화상채팅을 이용 고객에게 기업의 다양한 서비스 업무와 다양한 제품 설명 및 A/S를 제공할 수 있는 원격 서비스 기반의 통합 CRM 솔루션을 구현하였다.

Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications.
