We think that the company's business direction due to population decline, the way to maintain the company, the life extension and the insurance period due to the aging of the population will increase, and this is a social crisis and presents various problems and solutions. I think that it is thought that the crime using insurance is activated because the need to receive medical services and the refuge of hospital clerical hospitals are coincided, and I want to use retired police officers as coping methods for insurance crime. One of the activities of the police is the police know-how, so if you use these research techniques for insurance accidents after retirement, you will be able to effectively reduce insurance company spending due to population aging and prevent crimes against insurance fraud. Career officers will have to make efforts to act as inspectors of insurers after retirement.

인구감소로 인한 회사의 영업방향, 회사의 유지를 위한 방법과 생명연장과 고 령화에 따른 보험사기가 증가 할 것으로 판단하고 이것을 사회적 위기라 생각하여 여러 가지 문제점과 해결방법을 제시하고자 한다. 사무장병원의 난립과 의료서비 스를 받으려는 욕구가 일치되어 보험을 이용한 범죄가 활성화 될 것으로 생각되어 보험범죄에 대한 대처방법으로 퇴직 경찰관들을 활용하고자 한다. 경찰활동중 하 나인 조사활동은 경찰관들만의 노하우로 이러한 조사기술을 퇴직 후 보험사고조 사 등에 활용한다면 인구 고령화로 인한 보험회사의 지출도 효율적으로 줄일 수 있고, 또한 보험사기에 대한 범죄도 예방 할 수 있으리라 판단된다. 경력직 경찰 관들은 퇴직 후 보험사의 조사관으로 활동하기 위한 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.
