This study was conducted with the purpose of predicting contents and method of practical education in future education through scenario planning method. In this study, contents and method of practical education were predicted through three processes. First, the content and method scenario variables of future practical education were selected through big data analysis. Next, the core variables of the scenario were selected through expert review. Finally, we developed future scenarios based on core variables. The contents and method scenarios of the future practical education derived from the final conclusions of this study are as follows. First, ‘The scenario Essential and Changing Platform Revolution's Real Life’ emphasizes contents and methods of practical education that reflects characteristics of platform - based real life. Second, ‘The scenario Progressive development of practical arts as a liberating living world’ emphasizes contents and methods of practical arts which emphasize interactivity. Third, ‘The scenario Sustainability of Common Future’ emphasizes contents and method of practical education which emphasizes sustainability concept. Fourth, ‘The scenario Happiness-based career education that recognizes the actuality of life’ emphasizes contents and method of practical education pursuing human happiness with core of career education.

이 연구는 시나리오 플래닝 방법을 통해 미래교육에서 실과교육의 내용과 방법을 예측하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이 연구에서 실과교육의 내용과 방법은 3가지 과정을 거쳐 예측되었다. 먼저 빅데이터 분석을 통해 미래 실과교육의 내용과 방법 시나리오 변수를 선정하였다. 다음으로 전문가 검토를 통해 시나리오 핵심변수를 선정하였다. 마지막으로는 핵심변수를 바탕으로 미래 시나리오를 개발하였다. 이 연구의 최종 결론으로 도출 된 미래 실과교육의 내용과 방법 시나리오는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘본질적인 것과 변화하는 것 플랫폼 레볼루션(Platform Revolution)의 실생활‘ 시나리오에서는 플랫폼 기반 실생활의 특성을 반영한 실과교육의 내용과 방법을 강조하였다. 둘째, ‘해방적 생활 세계로서의 실과의 진보적 발달’ 시나리오에서는 상호작용성이 강조되는 실과교육의 내용과 방법을 강조하였다. 셋째, ‘실과의 공동의 미래(Our Common Future) 지속 가능’ 시나리오에서는 지속 가능 개념이 강조되는 실과교육의 내용과 방법을 강조하였다. 넷째, ‘삶의 실제성을 인지하는 행복형 진로교육’ 시나리오에서는 진로교육을 중핵으로 인간의 행복을 추구하는 실과교육의 내용과 방법을 강조하였다.
