This essay is to examine the structure and mode of communication as well as its implication through the analysis of categories which Marx has introduced in his "the critique of political economy". His "the critique of political economy" does not constitute of 'critical' political economy but indicate the 'radical' critique of ‘classical political economy' paradigm itself, or the conversion of its paradigm. That is, "the critique of political economy" do not indicate the critique of the labour-exploitation and the social distribution mode. Rather it is the critique of the historical specifity of the labour in capitalism. And the fundamental contradiction of the capitalist totality simply does not lies in the contradiction between distribution and production but essentially in the realm of production itself. Through the "critique of political economy " Marx analysed and criticised the essential implications of freedom, equality and property which are the fundamental ideas in the liberal-capitalism. Futhermore on the basis of this analysis he tried to revealed that the structure of the capitalist communication was in essentials based on the domination-structure, or the power-structure. At the same time he indicated where the source of this domination lay.

본 연구는 맑스의 “정치경제학비판”이 지니는 소통구조 및 방식 그리고 그 의미를 그가 사용한 범주들 -상품, 가치, 화폐, 자본 - 의 분석을 통해 검토하는 데 있다. 그의 “정치경제학비판”은 단지 ‘비판적’ 정치경제학의 패러다임을 구성하는 것이 아니라 고전적인 정치경제학의 패러다임에 대한 근본적 비판, 혹은 패러다임의 전환을 의미한다. “정치경제학비판”은 노동의 착취와 사회적 분배방법에 대한 비판이 아니라 자본주의에서의 노동이 지니는 역사적 특수성에 대한 비판이라는 점, 그리고 자본주의적 총체성에 대한 근본적인 모순이 단지 생산영역과 분배영역 사이의 모순이 아니라 생산 영역 자체에 본질적인 것이라는 점이다. 맑스는 “정치경제학비판”을 통해 자유주의에 기반한 자본주의의 근본적 이념, 즉 자유, 평등, 그리고 소유가 지니는 본질적인 의미들을 분석함으로써 자본주의 사회의 소통구조가 본질상 지배와 피지배의 구조, 혹은 권력구조에 기반하고 있으며, 이 지배의 원천이 어디에 있는지를 보여주고자 하였다.
