In this article, we looked at Charade as a means of producing a film through specific examples of Charade used in existing films. The development of Charade techniques gave the cinema the most powerful means of expression as a visual art, thereby recognizing its creativity as an art. The Charade, which is the most important element in acting, directing, and theatrical production, is divided into the following sections. In the field of acting, Charade distinguishes between theater and cinema. Lines-based plays, which depend on language, movies should focus on expressing the inner image as detailed illustrations through body language. Charade is the key to solving these problems. From the point of view of production, we can see that famous scenes in which directors intentions and ideas are clearly evident, depend almost entirely on Charade style. In addition, you can find that superior works have improved their artistic value by using Charade symbols and metapoons to make the best use of visual arts away from language. Charade technique, in particular, is the most notable area for a screen writer. In scenario creation, the task of visualizing and shaping the world of ideas, ideas, and imagination, the importance of Charade is bound to become more important. For the development of cinema, it is necessary to move away from the medium-dependent, impressive-driven way to activate Charade. Charade is not just an expression technique that exists in itself, but as an essential element of visual art.

본 논문에서는 기존 영화에 활용 되어진 셔레이드의 구체적인 사례를 통해 영화연출 수단으로서의 셔 레이드에 대해 알아보았다. 영화는 셔레이드 기법을 개발함으로써 시각예술로서의 가장 강력한 표현 수 단을 갖게 되었으며, 이로 인해 예술로서의 창조성을 인정받을 수 있게 되었다. 연기, 연출, 극작 등에 있 어서 가장 핵심적인 요소라 할 수 있는 셔레이드를 각 분야별로 나누어 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 연기 분야에 있어 셔레이드는 연극 연기와 영화 연기를 구분 짓는 잣대가 된다. 언어에 의존하는 대사 중심의 연극과는 달리 영화는 신체 언어를 통한 세부 묘사로서 내적 심상을 표현하는데 중점을 두어야 하며 셔레이드는 바로 이러한 문제들을 해결하는 관건이 되고 있다. 연출의 관점에서 볼 때 실제 작품에서 확인한 바와 같이 감독의 의도와 착상이 극명하게 드러나는 명 장면들은 거의 셔레이드적 표현술에 의존하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 우수한 작품일수록 언어성에서 벗어나 시각예술의 장점을 최대한 살려 셔레이드를 이용한 상징과 메타포를 구사하여 예술성을 높이고 있다는 사실을 발견할 수 있다. 특히 셔레이드 기법은 시나리오 작가에게 있어 가장 주목할 만한 분야이다. 구상, 착상, 상상의 세계 를 시각화, 구체화하는 작업인 시나리오 창작에서는 셔레이드의 중요성이 더욱 부각될 수밖에 없다. 영 화의 발전을 위해서는 대사에 의존하는 내러티브 방식에서 벗어나 영상적, 시각적 표현 기법인 셔레이드 를 활성화해야만 한다. 셔레이드는 단순히 하나의 표현 기법이란 차원을 넘어 그 본질로서 존재하며 영 상예술의 가장 근본적인 요소이기 때문이다.
