The buildings, the real estate which has the highest value of assets among real estates, are managed by amateurs like a private company and unprofessional private person, etc. As a result, there are serious socio-economic losses caused by fire and rapid deterioration and collapse of buildings due to the absence of professional management and problems of a legal system for the building management. Thus, the necessity of introduction of Commercial Buildings Management Qualification and expectation effectiveness of it need to be reviewed. After understanding the necessity of introduction of Commercial Buildings Management Qualification by searching the press like news and news paper, SNS, blog and the public opinion, this paper attempts to show the expectation effectiveness through the various kinds of literature investigations and statistics. The consolidation and specialization of many qualifications in the fields of real estate lead to the proper management on the commercial buildings and creation of jobs. The ways to consolidate the various qualifications, specialize it and reduce the unemployment rate are suggested.

부동산 중에서 자산가치가 가장 높다고 할 수 있는 것이 상업용 건물인데 이러한 건물들이 법·제도상 문제점과 전문적 관리의 부실로 인하여 노후화나, 안전사고 등의 물적, 경제적 손실을 초래하고 있다. 따라서 건물 관리에 대한 무분별한 민간자격증들을 통합하고 자격의 전문화를 이루며 이를 통해 전문인력을 양성하여 실업에 따른 고용창출을 증대시키는 방안을 제시하였다.
