The protective dispostion type was diversified into 10 model owing to national protectionism ideology by educational penal ideology for juvenile offenders and chid care welfare ideology for them . The 6 protective dispostion type is in operation of their own accord by civil child care welfare agency contrary to a juvenile detetion center which is operated by bureaucratic monopoly regime for them. The important trait of 6th protective disposition type has unigue diverse protection program for them and operation ideology for them. However, correctional program for them in 6th protective dispostion is very important factor in producing correction public service. But, little studies have been done about its improvement plan before, In this paper I showed through my original interdisciplinary study desirable improvement device of 6th protective disposition programs which many existing studies have overlooked. I asserted merits of 6th protective disposition and showed their desirable improvement device after pointing out their problems.

소년범죄인은 교육형주의 이념과 아동복지적 이념에 의하여 개별적 교정처우 되어야 하는 국가후견주의 사상으로 인하여 소년범죄인에 대한 보호처분에는 10종류로 다양화되어 있다. 여기에서 6호 처분은 관료독점레짐에 의해 운영되는 소년원과 달리 민간 아동복지기관에 의해 자율적으로 운영되고 있는데 6호 처분의 특징은 6호 처분기관마다 독특한 다양한 보호 프로그램과 운영이념을 가진 점이다. 그런데 보호소년에 대한 교정프로그램은 보호소년에 대한 교정공공재(교화의) 생산에서 아주 중요한 핵심요소이다. 그럼에도 6호 처분기관의 다양한 프로그램의 개선방안에 관한 연구는 거의 없었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 선행연구들이 간과한 6호 처분기관의 프로그램의 개선방안에 대하여 복합적인 학제적 방법을 통하여 기술하였다. 결론적으로 6호 처분기관의 다양한 프로그램의 공헌을 지적하고 나아가 그러한 프로그램의 문제점과 발전방안을 독창적으로 제시하였다.
