This study is for supply chain integration in terms of R & D, it is a study of supply chain integration precedence, supply chain integration, and supply chain performance in terms of R & D, and it is aimed at companies that need to construct a reactive supply chain according to the manufacture of innovative products. The hypotheses were established and the results were as follows. First, as a test of Hypothesis H1, environmental uncertainty has a positive (+) effect on supply chain orientation, market orientation, flexibility, and conflict response. As a test of hypothesis H2, environmental uncertainty and flexibility have a positive (+) influence on supply chain integration. Supply chain orientation and market orientation have a positive (but not significant) effect on supply chain integration, conflict response has a positive (+) significant impact on internal integration. In the hypothesis H3, internal integration has a positive effect on internal performance and customer satisfaction performance, but extel integration shows a positive (+) significant impact on internal performance. Through these studies, In order to response to environmental uncertainty, it is necessary to improve the level of supply chain orientation, market orientation, flexibility, and conflict response, and the R & D sector of individual companies should be integrated with the supply chain companies, and the relationship between supply chain integration precedence factors and supply chain integration and supply chain performance in the R & D sector.

본 연구는 R&D 측면에서의 공급사슬 통합을 위한 것으로, R&D 측면에서의 공급사슬통합 선행요인, 공급사슬통합, 공급사슬 성과 간의 연구이며, 혁신적 제품의 제조에 따라 반응적 공급사슬을 구성해야 하는 기업체들을 대상으로 한다. 이들 사이의 가설을 수립하고 검정을 시행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 가설 H1의 검정으로서 환경 불확실성은 공급사슬지향성, 시장지향성, 유연성, 갈등대응에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미친다. 가설 H2의 검정으로서 환경 불확실성과 유연성은 공급사슬통합에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치며, 공급사슬지향성과 시장지향성은 공급사슬통합에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 유의하지는 않고, 갈등대응은 내부통합에만 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미친다. 가설 H3의 검정으로 내부통합은 내부적 성과와 고객만족 성과에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치지만, 가설 H4의 검정으로 외부통합은 내부적 성과에만 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난다. 이러한 연구를 통해 공급사슬 상의 개별기업들에게 환경 불확실성에 적응하고 대응하기 위해서는 공급사슬지향성, 시장지향성, 유연성, 갈등대응의 수준을 제고하여야 한다는 것, 개별기업의 R&D 부문 역시 공급사슬 상의기업들과 통합을 이루어야 한다는 것을 제시하며, R&D 부문에서의 공급사슬통합 선행요인들과 공급사슬 통합 및 공급사슬 성과 간의 관계를 규명하였다.
