It is said that everyone originally can be changed into good or evil. However the main determination how we change depends on our own habits and they are also affected by environment. Today, our society have overemphasized victory over competition instead we regard concern and respect for others and the importance of morality as subservient. Lots of immoral, unethical incidents happen almost everyday and people are shocked by those news. Therefore, we see closely, not only what we called home discipline, school education, social education but also the research on the education of humanism which may influence children’s personality, purpose, effectiveness and adoption of the education of humanism and self-awareness of human nature, acquisition of knowledge and manners, the process of personality formation as to be a fully literate adult and completion of humanity.

모든 사람들은 원래 善할 수도 惡할 수도 있다고 말한다. 하지만 善으로 변하거 나 惡으로 변하는 주요 決定權은 習慣에 달려 있고, 習은 곧 環境의 影響을 받는 것이다. 오늘날 우리 사회는 他人에 대한 配慮와 尊重, 道德性은 부차적인 것으로 치부되고 경쟁에서 승리만이 강조되고 있다. 이로 인하여 非道德的, 非倫理的인 事 件들이 일어나 社會에 衝擊을 던져 주고 있다. 이에 요즘 말하는 家庭敎育, 學校敎 育, 社會敎育 더 나아가서 人格에 影響을 줄 수 있는 人性敎育에 대한 硏究와 人性 敎育의 임무와 효능 人性敎育의 적응 本性에 대한 自覺과 知識과 禮義習得 그리고 修養을 갖춘 聖人로서 人格의 형성과 人間의 完成 과정을 살펴보았다.
