Through the cultural exchanges of Korea-China, Korea not only obtained great economical benefits but also exported modernized Korean culture to the largest nation in the world by spreading Korean mind, value, and wisdom to China. China, through cultural exchanges, by expanding and stimulating its own cultural market, added a big power in accomplishing the strategic objectives such as ‘culture rise’ and augment of cultural soft power. Through the cultural exchanges, both Korea and China increased their recognition and understanding about each other, and built up trust for each other, and got to the present level of ‘the overall strategic cooperative partnership’ by developing omnidirectional cooperation like politics, economy and etc. For the conclusion of this thesis, it is said that both Korea and China should solve various problems caused by the differences of their social systems and ideologies to make a true realization of ‘the overall strategic cooperative partnership’, respect the cultural differences mutually by using history and cultural tradition originated from the identical cultural genes, and establish the productive relationship of plural coexistence through equivalent conversations and interactions.

한중 문화교류는 한중 수교를 즈음하여 중국의 문화진흥정책과 한국문화의 고속성장기가 맞물려 신속하게 발전하였다. 한국의 정부, 기업, 단체 등 문화관련 주제들은 중국의 문화진흥전략에 적 절하게 대응하면서 문화산업을 필두로 경제적 이익뿐만 아니라 중국과의 정치 관계도 발전시켰다. 한중 문화교류가 양국의 사회에 준 영향 또한 뚜렷하다. 한류를 중심으로 한국문화는 중국인들의 일상생활뿐 아니라 가치관에까지 영향을 끼쳤다. 한중 양국은 ‘전면적 전략협력파트너관계’의 진정한 실현을 위해 양국의 사회제도와 이데올로기의 차이에서 비롯된 여러 가지 문제들을 해결해야만 한 다. 또한 동일한 ‘문화유전자’를 가진 역사, 문화적 전통을 충분히 활용하여 문화의 차이를 상호 존중하고, 평등한 대화와 교류를 통해 다원공존의 생산적 인 관계를 구축해 나가야 한다.
