This study analyzed the causal relationship between military life adaptation and interpersonal-sensitivity, and social support to seek for the social welfare intervention of a military man. In order to conduct the study, the survey polled 200 people from 4 air force units from September 11 to Oct. 13, 2017. A total of 200 questionnaire questionnaires were distributed, and 200 copies were used for final analysis, excluding non-response questionnaires, insincere responses, and seven parts of the questionnaire, excluding non-response questionnaires. Following results have been obtained from this analysis. Firstly, interpersonal-sensitivity had a direct effect on the officer/cadet support, family support, fellow support, and direct and indirect effect on the military life adaption. Secondly, officer/cadet support had a direct effect on the military life adaption. Thirdly, family support did not have a effect on the military life adaption. Fourth, fellow support had a direct effect on the military life adaption. Finally, officer/cadet support had illustrated both meaningful and mediating effects statistically, interpersonal-sensitivity among military life adaption, and fellow support had illustrated both meaningful and mediating effects statistically, interpersonal-sensitivity among military life adaption.

본 연구는 병사를 대상으로 군 생활 부적응 문제에 대한 사회복지적 개입 방안을 모색하고자 군 생활 적응과 대인예민성, 사회적 지지 간의 인과관계를 분석하였다. 연구수행을 위해 군이라는 특수성으로 인해 조사의 목적과 측정도구에 대한 군 관계자의 보안성 검토를 받은 후 설문조사가 허락된 공군 4개 부대에서 2017년 9월 11일부터 10월 13일까지 병사 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 설문조사를 진행하면서 연구 대상자들에 대한 보안과 기밀누설 금지의 규정 및 상급자의 지시에 의한 강제 참여 등의 문제가 발생할 수 있어 자발적인 참여를 유도하여 자발적 참여에 대한 동의서 작성 후 조사가 진행되었으며, 총 200부의 설문지를 배포하였고, 200부를 회수하여, 회수된 설문지 중 무응답, 불성실한 응답, 고정반응을 보이는 설문지 7부를 제외한 193부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대인예민성은 상관 지지, 가족 지지, 동료 지지에 직접효과, 군 생활 적응에 직접효과와 간접효과를 보였다. 둘째, 상관 지지는 군 생활 적응에 직접효과를 보였다. 셋째, 가족 지지는 군 생활 적응에 직접효과를 보이지 않았다. 넷째, 동료 지지는 군 생활 적응에 직접효과를 보였다. 다섯째, 상관 지지와 동료 지지는 군 생활 적응 사이에서 통계적으로 유의미한 매개효과를 보였다.
