In this thesis, it is trying to become a fundamental research that can prevent the crime through aspiration of hallucinogens by analyzing actual condition and analytical research, looking at actual condition of domestic hallucinogen aspiration. Survey and analysis of the actual situation was conducted based on the actual situation data of related organizations such as the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Korean Drug Movement Headquarters and previous research. Actually, I have seen trends of inhalation of hallucinogens through drug drug control, and investigated the suction teacher situation of hallucinogenic substances such as suction teacher · type status · prosecution content · trial results. As a result, in the last 5 years I grasped the actual condition through the crime trend of the sucking teacher of hallucinogens and sought preventive measures. Therefore, we strengthened advertisement and prevention activities of hallucinogenic substances, and presented prevention measures such as repeat offenses as prevention measures through active use of hallucinogens dealership maps and crackdowns and treatment rehabilitation systems.

본 논문은 국내 환각물질 흡입의 실태를 살펴보고, 실태와 분석 연구를 하여 환각물질 흡입을 통한 범죄를 예방할 수 있는 기초적인 연구가 되고자 하였다. 대검찰청, 한국마약퇴치운동본부 등 관련기관의 실태자료와 선행연구들을 기반으로 하여 실태조사 및 분석을 실시하였다. 실태는 마약류별 단속현황을 통해 환각물질 흡입의 동향을 살펴보았으며, 흡입사범·유형별 현 황·검찰 처리내역·재판결과 등 환각물질 흡입사범 현황을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해, 최근 5년간 환 각물질 흡입사범의 범죄동향을 통해 실태를 파악하고 사전 예방방안을 모색하였다. 따라서 환각 물질의 폐해 홍보와 예방활동을 강화, 환각물질 판매업소에 대한 지도·단속, 치료재활제도의 적극 활용을 통해 재범 방지 등을 사전 예방방안으로 제시하였다.
