This research is important in South Korean society will be defined by multiculturalism in crime and the damage caused by a crime defined by multiculturalism, the Korean community center of the police in order to prepare for the chaos and conflict, and to propose ways of action-strategy from a long-term perspective. These multicultural home police activities in the direction of this study, the planning-execution-assessment considering the strategy of the three presented step-by-step police activities. First, the planning phase, the police set a purpose for the activities it is and how to make step in accomplishment, a sense of the police for multicultural families, as members of a multicultural home have the sense of belonging, a sense of the problem, the desire of the members of the integration and sharing of emotional bonds, to meet the need. Second, the execution phase is defined by the multicultural social navigation in planning phase factors centered on the analysis of the cause of the problem and the police, to solve the problem is to run the activity. As the room for inter-ethnic crime indicators and indicators development, and cooperative network activity, criminal damage, criminal damage for a multicultural home support program for the needs of the activity. 이 연구는 한국사회에서 중요한 사회문제가 될 수 있는 다문화가정의 범죄발생 및 피해요인, 다문화가정의 범죄로 인한 한국사회의 혼란과 갈등에 대비하기 위하여 경찰의 거시적이고 장기적 인 관점에서의 활동 전략방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 다문화가정 경찰활동의 방향으로서 이 연구에서는 기획-실행-평가의 3단계별 경찰활 동의 전략방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 기획단계에서는 경찰활동에 대한 목적을 정하고 그것들을 성취하는 방법을 정하기 위 한 단계로서, 다문화가정에 대한 경찰의 감각으로서 다문화가정의 구성원들이 가지고 있는 소속 감, 문제에 대한 감각, 구성원들의 욕구 통합과 충족, 감정적 유대의 공유의 필요성을 제시하였다. 둘째, 실행단계는 기획단계에서 탐색된 다문화가정의 사회문제요인을 중심으로 경찰은 문제 의 원인을 분석하고, 문제를 해결하기 위한 활동을 실행하는 것을 의미한다. 이를 위한 방안으로 서 다문화가정에 대한 범죄발생지표와 범죄피해지표를 개발, 협력적 네트워크 활동, 다문화가정의 범죄피해에 대한 사후지원활동을 위한 프로그램의 필요성을 제시하였다. 셋째, 평가단계는 다문화가정의 경찰활동에 필요한 개선요인, 기획단계에 필요한 수정요인, 활동의 결과와 효과를 평가하는 단계로서, 다문화가정의 범죄에 대한 감소정도, 범죄에 대한 두려 움 감소정도, 다문화가정의 경찰에 대한 협력 및 신뢰정도, 다문화가정의 욕구충족정도를 고려한 측정지표의 개발 및 평가의 필요성을 제시하였다.
