This study empirically analyzes the learning effects of classics reading lessons of Korean students and foreign students of the multicultural university in Korea. This paper analyzes empirically whether there are differences in the learning effects of classics lessons according to learning variables between Korean students and foreign students. As the results of statistical analyses such as t tests and ANOVA , between Korean students and foreign students there are significant differences in the several learning effects of classics reading lessons according to learning variables such as the student's several recognition variables, the difficulties of classics texts, the emotion and interest in classics texts, the values of classics lessons, and the learning effects of classics lessons.

본 연구는 우리나라 대학에 재학하고 있는 한국인 대학생들과 외국인 유학생들을 대상으로 고전읽기 수업의 여러 학습변인들 간의 관계와 국적별 학습자 요인들에 따라 고전읽기 수업의 학 습효과의 차이성이 있는지 학습변인별로 실증적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 본 연구에서 고전읽기 수업에 있어 한국인 학생들과 외국인 학생들 간의 평소 고전에 대한 학습자들의 인식변인, 고전 읽기 수업교재의 난이도와 교재에 대한 감동과 고전읽기 수업의 가치 등에 대한 학습과정 변인, 그리고 고전읽기 수업의 학습효과에 대해서 한국어실력이 다른 한국인 학생들과 외국인 학생들 간에는 차이성이 분명히 존재함을 발견할 수 있었다.그러므로 외국인 학생들의 고전읽기 수업의 학습효과를 높이기 위해서 한국어교육도 같이 병행하는 것이 좋을 것이다.
