This study is about the factors affecting the Christianity of Korean church members. Especially, in order to identify the effects of religious factors on Christian personality and the relationship between religious factors and Christian personality, the survey was conducted through one – one interviews by visiting the church and with the assistance of church officials. Based on the survey questionnaires, the relationship was studied between religious factors and Christianity personality. The results showed the higher the level of faith and the more the experiences of evangelism and the Holy Spirit, the Christian personality was higher. Through this research, the religious factors on the Christianity of Korean church were identified, and the truth was found that the faith and Christianity are proportional. Therefore, this study emphasizes the necessity of faith and personality education in order to improve the image of Korean church. This study will set its basic direction towards reviewing how the character of Christians affect the Korean church andn the restoration of faith in Christians, as well as whether programs are being implemented at church schools in Korean churches to promote a well-rounded character in Christians. This study seeks to promote further interest in instilling an appropriate character as Christians in Korean christians.

본 연구는 한국교회 성도들의 기독교인성에 미치는 요인들에 관한 것으로서, 특히 신앙적인 요인들이 기독교인성에 어떤 영향을 주는지, 신앙적인 요인들과 기독교인성과는 어떤 관련성이 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 교회를 직접 방문하여 교회 관계자의 도움을 얻어 일대일 면접조사 방식으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그 설문조사를 토대로 신앙적인 요인들과 기독교인성의 관련성을 연구하였다. 그 결과 신앙의 수준이 높을수록, 전도의 경험과 성령체험의 경험이 있을수록, 기독교인성이 높아지는 경향을 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 본 연구를 통하여 한국교회 기독교인성에 미치는 신앙적인 요인들이 무엇인가를 알게 되었고, 신앙과 기독교인성이 비례한다는 사실을 발견하게 되었다. 그래서 본 연구는 한국교회 이미지를 개선하기 위해서는 신앙과 인성교육이 절실하게 필요성을 강조하고자 한다. 본 연구의 향후 연구방향은 기독교인성이 한국교회와 기독교인들의 신뢰회복의 개선에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 한국교회의 기독교인성을 위한 교회학교의 인성교육과 프로그램들은 실시하고 있는지를 연구할 것이다. 본 연구를 통하여 향후 한국교회의 기독교인의 기독교인성 함양에 대한 관심이 높아지게 될 것이다.
