The Japanese police system continues to be debated whether it is a national police system or an autonomous police system. However, the perception of a compromised police system is largely intensified. The Japanese Police Agency is located under the National Police Commission, and the prefectural police is established in 47 metropolitan municipalities, and the prefecture autonomous police is located there. The upper part is the national police and the lower part is the local autonomous police. The class called Senoir Superintendent is the national police, and the lower classes are autonomous police. In simple comparison with the Korean class, it can be understood that the police officers above the chief superintendent level belong to the national police and below the inspector level belong to the autonomous police force. In Japan, local autonomous police officers promoted to Senoir Superintendent are called local Superintendent General, Even if you continue to work with local prefectural autonomous police, your identity will become a national police. What is unusual is that the state police take a system that supervises and supervises the local autonomous police in prefecture through seven provincial police stations. As of 2015, there are 7,700 national police officers and 287,000 local autonomous police officers. The total number of officers is about 294,700. The police system in Japan has been deeply reviewed by the Kim Dae - jung administration in order to reform Korea's centralized national police system.
