2) Capitalism has developed rapidly with the development and application of science and technology. Automation technology and computers are replacing human labor in many industries. In particular, the accounting and taxation sectors are regarded as a job which can be easily replaced with computers because many works depend on automation technology and computers. On the other hand, unemployment can be temporarily increased due to the development of technology. However, it can play an important role in creating new types of jobs. This paper examines the effects of the fourth industrial revolution technology, such as artificial intelligence and big data, on the accounting and tax area, then discusses trends and possible changes in the future labor market. This paper examines how artificial intelligence technologies are applied to accounting and tax areas focusing on domestic and foreign cases and draw implications. This paper suggests the flexibility of the labor market and education system, the infrastructure of the legal system. In particular, this paper discusses the career path of commercial high school students. In the fourth industrial revolution, it is necessary to prepare a measure to raise the employment rate of commercial high school because it falls into a large number of occupations in crisis. In order to overcome the problem of working in other areas which are not related to their major, it is also necessary to reorganize the commercial high school curriculum to develop skills to apply to other new types of jobs.

과학기술의 발전과 응용으로 자본주의는 급성장하면서 발전해왔다. 산업현장의 많은 부분이 자동 화 기술과 컴퓨터의 등장으로 인간의 노동을 대체하고 있다. 특히 회계 세무분야는 반복적인 노동 이 많은 부분을 차지하고 있고, 컴퓨터 의존도가 매우 높아 많은 부분에서 노동이 대체되고 있는 직업군으로 꼽히고 있다. 한편, 기술의 발전으로 일시적으로는 기술적 실업이 증가할 수 있으나 새 로운 형태의 일자리를 창출하는데 큰 역할도 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문은 인공지능 등 4차 산업혁명 기술이 회계 세무직에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지 살펴 보고 향후 노동 시장의 변화를 유추하고자 한다. 즉, 인공지능 기술이 회계 세무직군을 중심으로 어 떻게 적용되고 있는지 국내외 사례를 중심으로 살펴보고 시사점을 도출한다. 본 논문에서 노동시장 의 유연성과 교육시스템의 유연성을 확보하는 방안, 인프라의 구축, 법률적 시스템의 보완을 제안하 였다. 특히 상업계 고등학교 학생들의 진로에 대하여도 논의를 하였다. 4차 산업 혁명으로 사라질 위기에 처한 직업이 많은 군에 해당되기에 상업계 고등학교의 취업률을 제고하는 대책 마련이 필요 할 것이다. 상업계 고등학교를 졸업해도 전공과 상관없는 분야로 취업하는 문제점을 극복하는 차원 에서도 새로운 직군에도 응용할 수 있는 상업계 고등학교 교과과정의 개편도 필요하다.
