The Fourth Industrial Revolution is a new technological and economic challenge on the basis of the Internet to create new business and growth, beyond the existing technological-economic paradigm where Information technology is based. As the global economy is losing its driving force with the US financial crisis in 2008, a new scientific-technological movement is taking place under the leadership of Germany, the United States and some developed countries. However, Brazil as an important emerging country in the global economy is having difficulties to narrow the gap with advanced countries towards the industry 4.0 due to various political, economic and industrial problems. Even though the Fourth Industrial Revolution is at an early stage, it is uncertain whether to realize the potential that Brazil has without taking effective action in all respects. To accompany the Fourth Industrial Revolution and develop Brazil as a whole, it is necessary to establish a practical growth plan based on existing experiences, internal and external circumstances. Before following only the step of the industrially advanced countries to gain the benefits of the revolution they would bring we must carefully examine the various risks that may arise incidentally or permanently. In this context, this article will seek solutions or countermeasures that are necessary, realistic and practical so that there are no major difficulties that the Fourth Industrial Revolution can bring to Brazil to grow.

A Quarta Revolução Industrial é um novo desafio tecnológico e conômico em base da Internet para criar novos negócios e crescimento, superano o paradigma tecnológico- econômico existente onde se baseia a tecnologia da Informação. À medida que a economia global está perdendo sua força motriz com a crise financeira dos EUA em 2008, novo movimento cientìfico-tecnológico está ocorrendo sob a liderança da Alemanha, dos Estados Unidos e de alguns países desenvolvidos. No entanto, o Brasil, como um país emergente importante na economia global não está conseguindo reduzir a distância com os países da indútria avançada em direção à indústria 4.0. devido a vários problemas políticos, econômicos e industriais. Mesmo que a Quarta Revolução Industrial esteja numa fase inicial, é incerto se viabilizar o potencial que o Brasil tem sem tomar providência efetiva em todos os aspectos. Para acompanhar à Quarta Revolução Industrial e desenvolver o Brasil como um todo é necessário estabelecer um plano de crescimento prático baseado em experiências existentes, circunstâncias interna e externa. Antes de seguir só o passo dos países industrialmente avançados para ganhar os benefícios da revolução que iriam trazer devemos examinar cuidadosamente os diversos riscos que podem surgir incidentalmente ou permanentemente. Nesse contexto este artigo vai buscar soluções ou contramedidas necessárias, realistas e práticas para que não ocorra grandes dificuldades que a Quarta Revolução Industrial possa trazer para o Brasil crescer.
