The purpose of this study is to propose effective measures for expanding the self - management capacity of the exporting SMEs by analyzing the changes of the transaction environment and the actual situation of the SMEs. The changes in the environment of the export payment system include various factors such as the transaction cost, the size of the company, and the trading period, and the payment system is changing from the existing letter of credit system to the remittance system. In this study, we analyze the collected data to analyze the transaction practices according to the actual situation of the export payment system of the company, to diversify the settlement methods of export SMEs, to expand the export insurance and strengthen the credit guarantee function, And strengthened payment capabilities as a solution.

본 연구는 국내 수출중소기업들이 결제방식의 변화를 거래환경의 변화와 실태분석을 하고 이에 따른 대응에 있어 효과적인 관리와 기업의 자체역량강화를 확대하는 방안을 제시함에 목적을 두고 있다. 수출대금 결제방식의 환경변화는 거래비용과 기업의 규모, 거래기간의 관행 등 여러 가지 측면의 변화요인을 내포하고 있으며, 결제방식은 기존 신용장방식위주에서 송금방식위주로 바뀌고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수집한 자료를 분석하여 기업의 수출대금결제방식의 실태에 따른 거래관행을 분석하고 수출중소기업의 리스크 관리 방안을 결제방식의 다양화, 수출보험의 확대 및 신용보증기능의 강화와 기업의 결제역량강화를 해결책으로 제시하였다.
