The purpose of this study is to reexamine the professional identity and value of integrated art therapists and to develop a new paradigm pursued by the 4th Industrial Revolution era through artificial intelligence. It is a qualitative study to leap into an expert of creative fusion art therapy through artificial intelligence's unique value and ability that can not replace artificial intelligence with the new paradigm pursued by the fourth industrial revolution era. In order to do this, in-depth interviews were held from six arts experts on art therapy from July 25, 2017 to August 30, 2017. From the analysis of collected data, 88 semantic units were extracted and structured into 5 upper and 17 subcomponents. The top five components ultimately derived by virtue of integrated art therapy experts who are suitable for the 4th Industrial Revolution era are as follows. 'A long-term clinical experience, a professional identity and ethical consciousness', 'A path of a therapist beyond difficulties and agonies', 'Continuous inquiry', 'A sense of empathy and comprehension to help the client', 'Sensitive insights and intuitions about the client' And 'Life with growth.' These results suggest that in the fourth industrial revolution era, artificial intelligence can not replace human beings. In exploring human inner space, which is the domain of human being, and delicately treating social emotional feelings, art therapists and clients in the face-to-face relationship, through promotional mutual trust, get to achieve the purpose of promoting mental, psycho-social and health.

본 연구의 목적은 4차 산업혁명시대에 통합예술치료 전문가의 직업적 정체성과 가치를 재조명하고, 4차 산업혁명시대가 추구하는 새로운 패러다임으로 인공지능이 대체할 수 없는 인간 고유의 가치와 역량을 통해 창의융합 예술치료 전문가로 도약하기 위한 질적 연구이다. 이를 위해 통합예술치료 전문가 6명으로부터 심층면담을 2017년 7월25일 부터 2017년 8월30일까지 실시하여 자료를 수집 하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과 88개의 의미단위가 추출되었으며 5개의 상위 구성요소와 17개의 하위 구성요소로 구조화되었다. 4차 산업혁명시대에 적합한 통합예술치료 전문가로서 최종적으로 도출된 5개의 상위 구성요소는 다음과 같다. ‘내담자를 도우려는 공감과 이해의 마음’, ‘내담자에 대한 민감한 통찰과 직관’, ‘자신에 대한 성찰, 직업적 정체성과 윤리의식’, ‘어려움과 고뇌를 넘어 치료사의 길로’, ‘지속적인 탐구와 성장으로 함께하는 삶’으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 4차 산업혁명시대에 인공지능이 대체할 수 없는 인간 고유의 영역인 인간의 내면을 탐색하고 사회 정서적 감정을 섬세하게 치료하는데 있어서는 예술치료 전문가와 내담자가 대면관계에서 촉진적 상호 신뢰 관계를 통해 정신, 심리 사회적 건강을 증진시키는 목적을 달성하게 되는 것을 의미하는 것으로 나타났다.
