This study conducted group interviews on the teachers of dahaengbok school, a Busan Innovation School, to examine the achievements and tasks of dahaengbok school. For this purpose, 9 schools were selected considering the school levels and designated year, and then group interview was conducted. The research findings are summarized as follows: first, the teachers identified trust building among members through the democratic leadership of the principal and vice-principal, voluntary solidarity building through teacher clubs, spontaneity of students through participation, students happily approaching teachers, change from teacher-centered to student-centered classes, etc. as the achievements of dahaengbok school. The teachers identified the following achievements of the school to apply to other general schools: democratic decision-making system, reduction in administrative responsibilities of homeroom teachers, open classes and conferences in forms of class sharing, grouped lesson (bloc lessons), development of personal characters and potentials of students, autonomy of budget execution, student-centered events, etc. Second, the teachers identified the following tasks of dahaengbok school: incapabilities to change everything in one year, sharing teaching staff for change, radical reduction in responsibilities, overall participations of students and parents in school change, etc. Based on these findings, this study proposed a set of measures to be adopted or internalized in the aspects of investment, structure, politics, individuals, culture, teaching and learning, environment, and calculation for the development and generalization of dahaengbok school.

본 연구의 목적은 부산형 혁신학교인 다행복학교에 근무하는 교사를 대상으로 집단면담을 실시하여 다행복학교의 성과와 과제를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 학교급과 지정연차를 고려하여 9개 학교를 선정한 다음 집단면담을 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들은 다행복학교의 성과로 교장‧교감 선생님의 민주적 리더십을 통한 구성원간 신뢰 형성, 교사 다모임을 통한 자발적 연대감 형성, 참여를 통한 학생들의 자발성, 선생님께 밝게 다가오는 학생들, 교사에서 학생으로 수업관점의 변화 등을, 일반학교에도 우선적으로 확산했으면 하는 다행복학교의 성과로는 민주적 의사결정 구조, 담임교사 행정업무 덜어내기, 수업 나눔 형태의 수업공개 및 협의회, 묶음 수업(블록 수업), 학생들의 인성과 잠재력 개발, 예산 집행의 자율성, 학생 참여중심의 행사 등을 제시하였다. 둘째, 교사들은 다행복학교의 과제로 1년에 다 바꿀 수 없음, 변화에 대한 교직원 공유, 획기적 업무 경감, 학교 변화에 대한 학생과 학부모의 전체적 동참 등이 필요하다고 생각하고 있었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로, 다행복학교의 발전과 일반화를 위해 투입 차원, 구조 차원, 정치 차원, 개인 차원, 문화 차원, 교수․ 학습차원, 환경 차원, 산출 차원에서 도입되거나 내실화되어야 할 방안을 제시하였다.
