In this study, we celebrate the multicultural society has been investigated by the empowerment mediated the effects on health of family social adaptability social integration of ethnic Korean women. The results of this study. First, family health of ethnic Korean woman was found that affects the social adaptive capacity. Second, the health of the family of ethnic Korean women showed that affects social integration. Third, the health of the family were ethnic Korean women can be seen that the mediating effect of empowerment in society impact on adaptability and social inclusion. Through the results of this study, to celebrate the multicultural society it showed the importance of family health interventions for gender minority ethnic groups in order to properly adapt to the society in our country and achieve social integration. In addition, it can be seen through the results of the study intervention is important for the empowerment of women in ethnic Koreans.

본 연구는 다문화시대를 맞이하여 우리나라 조선족 여성의 가족건강성이 사회적응력과 사회통합에 미치는 영향에 대하여 임파워먼트를 매개로 하여 연구하였다. 본 연구의 설문은 2016년 4월 20일부터 2016년 5월 31일까지 실시되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 조선족 여성의 가족건강성이 사회적응력에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 조선족 여성의 가족건강성이 사회통합에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 조선족 여성의 가족건강성이 사회적응력과 사회통합에 미치는 영향에 있어서 임파워먼트의 매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 다문화시대를 맞이하여 우리나라에서 조선족 여성이 사회에 올바로 적응하고 사회통합을 이루기 위해서는 조선족 여성들의 가족건강성에 대한 개입이 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 아울러 우리나라에 거주하고 있는 조선족 여성에 대한 임파워먼트에 대한 개입이 중요함을 연구의 결과를 통하여 알 수 있었다.
