In a huaman life, to select and structure the residential space has long history as long as human history. Beautification has been added to this residential structure and the shrine which was prepared for the faithful place like ancestral ritual place to pray for the sustainability of their family, generation to generation. The way to select a space starts from deviding boundary line of space. If the space changed, the boundary would be changed, Then even if energy being existed in a same time, the act and effect would be changed. If the energy and atmosphere were changed, the method of thought to observe an object, principles about deciding right and wrong, good and evil and the value sense of whom are living in the space would be different and changed. Many different kinds of theories have been worked out. On the basis of these theories which have been worked our for several thousands of years, pioneer ancestors of family, specially during Chosun dynasty, This thesis researches and studies which principles of pungsu geography had been applied to position for family head house.
