The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship, direct effect and indirect effect between self-reflection, future time perspective, self-control, empathy and moral behavior of pre-service elementary school teachers. For the purpose of this study, 794 students who are in 8 university of education in Korea were surveyed and 771 results of the survey were used for study. And the data have been analyzed by SPSS Ver. 26.0 and Ver. AMOS 26.0. Conclusions from the results and discussion are as follows: First, empathy of pre-service elementary school teacher affects moral behavior directly but self-reflection and future time perspective, self-control don't affect moral behavior directly. Second, the elementary school teacher's self-reflection and future time perspective, self-control affect moral behavior indirectly through the empathy. Third, future time perspective and self-control, empathy indirectly affect to relationship between self-reflection and moral behavior. Also, the two of duplicate mediation route is verified. Self-reflection → future time perspective and empathy → moral behavior, self-reflection → self-control and empathy → moral behavior In conclusion, verifying the direct and indirect impact on moral behavior caused by self-examination, a future-oriented viewpoint of time, self-control and empathy perceived by prospective elementary teacher, it was confirmed to be the primary predictive factor and protection factor to increase moral behavior.

이 연구는 예비초등교사가 지각하는 자기성찰, 미래지향 시간관, 자기통제력, 공감, 도덕적 행동 간의 구조적인 인과관계와 직․간접효과를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전국 8개 교육대학교에 재학 중인 794명의 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 771명의 자료가 분석에 활용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver 26.0과 AMOS Ver 26.0 프로그램을 사용하여 구조방정식모델 절차에 따라 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비초등교사의 공감은 도덕적 행동에 직접효과가 있다. 그러나 자기성찰, 미래지향 시간관, 자기통제력은 도덕적 행동에 직접효과가 없다. 둘째, 예비초등교사의 자기성찰, 미래지향 시간관, 자기통제력은 공감을 매개로 도덕적 행동에 간접효과가 있다. 셋째, 예비초등교사의 자기성찰과 도덕적 행동 간의 관계에서 미래지향 시간관과 자기통제력, 공감을 매개로 간접효과가 있다. 또한 자기성찰에서 미래지향 시간관, 공감에서 도덕적 행동으로 가는 이중매개 경로와, 자기성찰에서 자기통제력, 공감에서 도덕적 행동으로 가는 이중매개 경로가 밝혀졌다. 이 연구는 자기성찰이 도덕적 행동에 영향을 미치는 과정을 설명하는 변인인 미래지향 시간관과 자기통제력 및 공감의 경로를 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
