Although technology capability is significant, key factor for small and medium-sized businesses where have no choice but to come into competition with global enterprises and major companies, it’s very difficult to have competitive technology capability. This study aims to study and analyze the key factors of technology capability in detail and systematically to improve management result of small venture business in electric power industry. The management result consists of nonfinancial performance and finance performance which are discussed in earlier studies while the nonfinancial performance is made up of technology performance and market performance. And the technology capability which affects management result consists of technology innovation capability and technology collaboration capability to be analyzed. This study analyzes the 238 small venture businesses in electric power industry by using AMOS for the data analysis through regression analysis and path analysis. The result of analysis indicates that technology innovation capability has positive impact on nonfinancial performance partially while the technology collaboration capability does on nonfinancial performance, too. In addition, technology performance of nonfinancial performance has positive impact on market performance while the nonfinancial performance has same impact on finance performance. And technology accumulation capability, technology innovation system, joint research development and technology transfer have indirect impact on finance performance through the medium of nonfinancial performance.

기술역량은 글로벌 기업 및 대기업 등과 경쟁해야 하는 중소기업에게는 중요한 핵심 요인이지만 경쟁력 있는 기술역량을 갖추기는 어렵고 힘든 과제이다. 본 연구는 전력 산업 분야의 중소벤처기업의 경영성과 제고를 위한 기술역량의 핵심요인들을 체계적이고 심도 있는 분석을 통해 연구하였다. 경영성과는 기존문헌들에서 논의된 비재무성과와 재무성과로 구성하였으며 비재무성과는 기술성과와 시장성과로 구성하였다. 그리고 경영성과에 영향을 주는 기술역량은 기술혁신역량과 기술협업역량으로 구성하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 전력 산업 분야 238개 중소벤처기업을 대상으로 분석하였으며, AMOS를 사용하여 회귀 분석 및 경로 분석을 통해 데이터를 분석하였다. 분석결과 기술혁신역량은 비재무성과에 부분적으로 정(+)의 영향을 주었으며, 기술협업역량도 부분적으로 비재무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 비재무성과의 기술성과는 시장성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 비재무성과는 재무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 기술축적역량, 기술혁신체제와 공동연구개발, 기술이전은 비재무성과를 매개로 재무성과에 간접 영향을 미쳤다.
