ICT(Information and Communication Technology) is the leading role of the 4th Industrial Revolution, which represents the fusion of technologies in all fields including 21st century science and technology and digital. ICT is not only about artificial intelligence, smartphones, computers and telecommunications services it is also integrated deeply into our lives’ overall businesses. Our society expects the rapid growth of next generation of new enterprises based on ICT, as the generalization of convergent and innovative products, network advancement and convergence of technologies with other industries. In addition, in the era of rapidly changing 4th revolution, securing and fostering innovative convergence talent in the area of ICT and establishing managements and unions partnerships will become the new dynamic force for growth to the enterprise’s aspect and also from the national aspect will become the driving force for the creation of new workforces, technology development and economic developments. We want to recognize the need for support policy for fostering the development strategy of ICT SMEs through research on the relationship between creative convergence talent and labor partnership, which are the driving force for sustainable growth in this age environment, on organizational commitment and non-financial aptitude. In addition, the ICT industry should be developed through the creation of labor-management partnerships between creative convergence talents and SMEs, which should contribute to enhancing corporate and national competitiveness.

21세기 과학기술과 디지털을 포함한 모든 영역의 기술 융복합을 대표하는 4차 산업혁명의 선도 주역은 ICT(정보통신기술, Information Communication Technology)이다. ICT는 인공지능, 스마트폰, 컴퓨터, 통신서비스에 이르기까지 우리 삶의 전반적인 산업에 스며들어 있다. 우리 사회는 융복합 혁신제품의 범용화, 네트워크 고도화, ICT 기술이 타 산업과 융합, 확산하면서 ICT를 응용한 차세대 신사업들의 급성장이 예측된다. 또한, 급변하는 4차 혁명 시대에 우수한 ICT 분야 창의적 융합인재 확보와 양성 그리고 노사 파트너십 구축은 기업 측면에서는 새로운 성장 동력을 만들고, 국가적인 측면에서는 일자리 창출과 기술 발전, 경제발전의 원동력이 될 것이다. 이러한 시대적 환경 속에서 지속 가능할 수 있는 성장의 동력인 창의적 융합 인재양성과 노사 파트너십이 조직몰입과 비재무성과에 미치는 영향 관계 연구를 통하여 부산·경남지역 ICT 중소기업의 발전전략 육성을 위한 지원정책 필요성을 인식시키고자 한다. 또한, ICT 창의적 융합인재 양성과 부산·경남지역 중소기업의 노사 파트너십 구축을 통해 부산·경남지역에 ICT 산업을 발전시켜 기업과 국가 경쟁력 향상에 이바지해야 할 것이다.
