This article starting from the holistic standpoint attempts to think out a spiritualityoriented team game model It will focus on how we can formulate the spirituality- oriented team game model. Furthermore it willbring out the results that can be obtained when the newly thought-out model is applied to the students. 27 students had participated in the process of this study which consists of not only a group interview and an individual interview but also a partially participatory observation. Drawing upon the outcomes coming from the interviews we have found out the following results: 1) The traditional competition-oriented team game model can be judged to tend to arouse such negative emotional attitude as victory first in students. 2) we realized that we are to take into consideration such emotional attitudes as enthusiasm, cooperation, honesty, and care in order to formulate a desirable spirituality-oriented team game model. 3) The spirituality-oriented team game model has been found to free the students who had played a game based on the competition-oriented team game model from such negative emotional responses as anger, conflict, slander.

이 연구는 질적 연구 방법인 실행연구를 통하여 홀리스틱 영성을 위한 팀 게임 모형 구안 과정 을 이해하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 '영성형 팀 게임은 어떻게 구안될 것인가?’, ‘영성형 팀 게 임 모형 적용결과는 어떻게 나타날 것인가?’를 연구문제로 설정하였다. 연구 참여자는 27명의 집단 면담과 6명의 개별 면담 참여자로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 집단 면담, 개인별 심층면담, 부분 참여 관찰을 통해 이루어졌다. 자료 분석은 분류체계분석을 통한 귀납적 범주 분석 방법을 통하여 다음 과 같은 내용을 이해하게 되었다. 첫째, 기존의 경쟁활동 팀 게임은 승리지상주의가 최고의 가치로 여겨짐에 따라 부정적 정서가 길러지는 것을 이해하였다. 둘째 영성형 팀 게임 모형 구안 요소는 성실, 협동, 정직, 배려 등이며 이들에 대한 하위요소에 배점이 부과되었다. 셋째 영성형 팀 게임 모 형을 적용한 결과 싸움과 짜증, 비난(욕)이 등이 없는 축구, 반칙을 인정하고 사과를 받아 주며 패를 인정하는 수용 축구의 긍정적인 변화를 이해하였다.
