Since the police have to deal with the safety of the security environment, the work of the police is steadily increasing, and the absence of a 24-hour working system and emergency work has a significant impact on the lives of the people, the police regard knowledge transfer as more important than any public institution. At this point, the organization needs to sift through the knowledge required from the organizational and organizational knowledge of the organization, and then systematically transfer the selected knowledge to the organizational hierarchy beyond knowledge sharing in the organization. However, studies have shown that most studies on police organizations have been actively engaged in work performance and satisfaction, while research on transfer of knowledge sharing has been virtually nonexistent when they turn over their business to the others. Therefore, considering the special nature of the large-scale personnel movement, this study hopes to seek ways to minimize the burden on the workplace through the analysis of the performance of knowledge sharing and transfer based on Jeon-nam provincial police agency.

경찰은 치안환경에 효과적이고 능동적으로 대처해야 하기 때문에 업무가 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 24시간 근무체계 및 비상근무 등으로 치안업무의 공백은 국민의 생명·신체·재산에 직접적인 큰 영향을 주므로 그 어느 기관보다 지식이전의 중요성이 높게 여겨진다. 현 시점에서 조직은 조직 내외에서 넘쳐나는 지식으로부터 조직에 필요한 지식이 무엇인지를 골라내고 이렇게 선별된 지식을 구성원들이 공유하는 차원을 넘어서 조 직위계에 따라 보다 체계적으로 이전시킬 필요가 있다. 하지만 경찰조직에 대한 그동안의 연구는 대부분 조직의 업무성과나 업무만족 등 의 대한 연구는 활발히 이루어진 반만 업무인계인수 시 지식공유이전에 관한 연구는 거의 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 대규모 인사이동이 잦은 경찰의 조직의 특수성을 고려하여 전남지방경찰청을 중심으로 지식공유와 지식이전 성과에 대한 인식의 분석을 통해 업무인계인수 시 업무의 공백을 최소화할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다.
