The purpose of this study was to explore the factors that could influence on the career maturity in youths. For this, surveys were conducted on July 2017 from youths who were using one of the 5 welfare agencies and cultural facilities located in B city. The results of the study indicated that the self efficacy, youth’s cultural capital, school social capital, community social capital and the experience on mentoring program were factors that had positive influences on the career maturity in youths. The findings from the present study offer implications to enhance the career maturity in youths. Developing community-based career informal education program and building career mentoring system for youths may improve their self efficacy, youth’s cultural capital, school social capital and community social capital.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년 진로성숙에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 B시에 위치한 청소년 문화, 복지시설 5개소를 이용하고 있는 청소년들을 대상으로 2017년 7월 한 달 동안 설문조사를 실시하여, 수집된 290부의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 청소년 진로성숙에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기효능감, 청소년의 문화자본, 학교사회자본, 지역사회자본, 멘토링 프로그램 참여 경험으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 청소년 진로성숙도를 높이기 위한 방안을 제안하였다. 자기효능감 및 청소년 개인의 문화자본과 학교․지역사회자본을 향상시킬 수 있는 지역사회기반의 비형식적 진로 교육프로그램의 개발과 청소년 진로 멘토링 체계 구축이 필요하다.
