Language have changed with the stream of the human race and been in existence. Language is alive, and a literary style and romanization system is changed by the demand of the era and people in those days, not by several scholars and writers. Predication have known as a necessary expression for the constitution of the sentence like noun and verb, accordingly we can understand the stream of the history and society through various changes and use of the predication. Hence the predication that is the end expression of dialogue and sentence, have received recognition the value from the ancient to the present. Almost all language of the world is existing the predication although they might been changed with the person and the era, but it is rare that japanese have various predications for the last 1300 years. This study first estimates the position of the predication through the survey and analysis of modern language「ダ(da)」that is a successor of ancient predication 「ナリ(nari)」, and then try to make an analysis of the function and appearance of 「デ(de)」and investigates the change process of 「アリ＞アル(ari＞aru)」through the formation process of「デアル(dearu)」that is the language in middle age as a predecessor of 「ダ(da)」, also study the formation process of 「デア＞ヂャ＞ダ(dea>ja>da)」 and the interrelation of「ダ(da)」and「ヂャ(ja)」.
