Modern society is gradually forming a global village. Beyond the barriers of the people and the nation, the museum aims to become a multicultural world among people of different races. It is also a fateful task to continuously cultivate peace and happiness around the globe. International multicultural families have officially surpassed two million. Korea and Japan have many international families. The fact that Japanese women are at the start of the multicultural era here is considered the most important factor in the history of Korean women married in Japan. The bilingualism spoken in this book means a dual language premised on the mother tongue of the country of origin, which in turn creates an advanced world language system that can be developed by a proficient native speaker. Recently, the number of tourists around the world has been skyrocketing. Tourism, which increases the value of a nation’s added, is a social and cultural institution whose economic effects are not only higher than those of other industries, such as employment and income growth, but also promoted international friendship through cultural exchange. In the case of multicultural families, it is very meaningful to advance into the field of tourism by using the native language of multicultural families on a low level of career path. The study looked at career paths in the field of tourism utilizing the bilingualism of multicultural families growing as a part of Korean society, especially Japanese married immigrant women. Language is at the cutting edge of individual, as well as social and national competitiveness. If it is a culture and family field of tourism, it is very meaningful to recognize the importance of dual language first and examine the possibility of it.

현대사회는 점차 글로벌 지구촌을 형성하고 있다. 민족과 국가의 장벽을 넘어 다인종 다문민족의 다문화세계를 지향하고 있다. 이는 지구촌의 평화와 행복을 위해 지속적으로 가꿔가야 할 숙명적 과제이기도 하다. 국제 다문화가정이 공식적으로 200만 명을 넘어섰다. 우리나라에는 한일 국제가정들이 다수 거주하고 있다. 일본 결혼이주여성의 경우 우리나라 다문화 형성의 초반기에 자리하고 있어 그 효시를 이루고 있으며 다문화 가정의 제1세대라고 볼 수 있다. 본고에서 말하는 이중언어는 출신국의 모국어를 전제로 한 이중언어를 의미하고 있는데, 이는 결국 선천적인 것으로 이미 갖춰진 능숙한 언어체계로 글로벌시대를 개척해 나가는 첨단의 무기가 될 수 있다. 최근 전 세계의 관광객의 수는 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 한 국가의 부가가치를 높이는 관광산업은 고용 및 소득 증대와 같은 경제적 효과가 타 산업에 비하여 높은 뿐만 아니라, 문화교류를 통한 국제친선을 도모하는 사회･문화적 효과를 유발하는 매우 중요한 산업이다. 다문화가정의 경우 진로의식이 낮은 수준에서 다문화가정의 천부적으로 지니고 있는 이중언어 즉, 모국어를 활용하여 관광분야에 관한 진출은 매우 의미 있는 일이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 한국 사회의 일원으로 성장해 가고 있는 다문화가정 특히, 일본 결혼이주여성들의 이중언어를 활용한 관광분야의 진로직업에 관해 살펴보았다. 문화가정의 관광분야 취업을 전제로 할 경우 무엇보다 이중언어의 중요성을 인식하는 것으로 그에 관한 가능성을 살펴보는 것은 대단히 의미 있는 일이라고 생각한다.
