This study identified what the properties of selected forest visitors of healing, we analyzed the relationship between the expected value and their satisfaction with the forest therapy. Selected attribution of forest healing are doing to find out how affects the expected value and satisfaction for the forest therapy, and looking for ways to improve the position of the forest and programs that meet the needs of visitors healing. Statistical analysis was conducted by use of SPSS 21.0 program. The results were as follows. First, the passengers using the forest for recreation healing but friendly atmosphere and health, showed a negative impact on the amenities in the forests of healing. So as not to interfere with amenities, mental and physical fatigue and healing careful management is required. Second, the higher the health of passengers expected value of the visitors were higher. The value of the visitors using the forest of healing excited about the forest, it can be seen that have more interest in accordance with the physical and psychological health and mental health and immunity. Third, the results occurred in the difference between the visitors’ satisfaction is healing environment and forests since the pre expectation and experience on a variety of optional attributes perceived physical satisfaction. The higher the value of the forest pre expectation of healing showed high satisfaction of visitors. Fourth, the visitors that the disease was found compared to the visitors do not have the disease showing higher interest than on health. This means that the satisfaction of the forest of healing due to higher interest and the fact that the size of visitors desire for the forests of healing the disease. Fifth, the visitors received a forest therapy was found on higher education than on health care than the visitors did not receive the forest therapy education. The visitors take compared to the forest therapy education, on the other hand did not receive a significantly lower preference of forest therapy training facilities. In addition, forest therapy education take the expected value of the visitors in the woods of healing than visitors have never received a forest therapy education and satisfaction was higher.

산림 치유에 대한 기대와 만족을 추구하기 위한 이용자들의 수요가 늘어나면서 이에 부합된 자연환경이 조성되고 치유의 숲 등과 같은 프로그램이 개발되었다. 본 연구는 치 유의 숲 이용자들의 산림치유 문화의 선택속성이 무엇인지를 파악하고, 산림치유에 대 한 기대가치와 이의 만족도 간의 관계를 회귀 분석하였다. 그 외도 이용자들의 질병유무 와 치유의 숲에서 진행되고 있는 치유프로그램의 교육, 치유의 숲에 대한 사전인지에 따 라 이용자들의 산림선택속성과 기대가치 그리고 만족도에 어떤 차이가 있는지를 ANOVA로 분석하였다. 그 분석 결과를 통해 이용자들의 요구에 부합된 산림치유 문화 의 입지를 개선시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 첫째. 이용자들이 휴양분위기가 좋을 수록 건강증진이 높아질수록 편의시설이 좋을수록 이용자들의 만족도가 높게 나타났 다. 이는 혼잡한 도시생활 과 일상생활의 각박함에서 벗어나 조용한 명상이나 사색 등 휴식과 기분 전환할 수 있는 공간적 문화 특성을 선호하는 것으로 판단된다. 둘째, 이용 객들의 건강증진이 높아질수록 이용객들의 기대가치가 높게 나타났다. 치유의 숲을 이 용하는 이용객이 치유의 숲에 대해 기대하는 가치가 육체적 심리적 정신적 건강증진과 면역력 증강에 따른 건강증진에 대한 내재적 문화특성에 더 많은 관심을 갖고 있는 것으 로 나타났다. 끝으로 기대가치가 높을수록 이용객들의 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 이는 치유문화에 대한 기대가치를 증대시킬 수 있는 지역홍보 및 이미지 등을 제고시켜야 할 필요가 있다.
