The purpose of this study is to establish measures for improving community safety in South Korea to achieve an effective social integration of immigrants Crime Prevention and against the crimes of the national associations and immigrant cultures and ethnic temperament. The transition to a multicultural society will continue the trend of world economic problems, demographic problems, marital problems, educational issues, political issues, cultural issues, the liberalization of travel so on. South Korea is emerging as key issues of social integration policies that it are more and more state administration an increase in problems caused by rapidly growing foreign. Cultural differences in Europe and the only South Korea would different even in a multicultural policies and values. Therefore, differences in national cultures including recognition of the legal value, will need to find out the relationship between the crime of ethnic differences and temperament. It should describe the temperament in crime statistics and personal rights also concerned with the international misunderstanding but crimes against the Korea multicultural society that may occur in the near future, the research was conducted. Thus, working in 250 police stations across the country to extract a sample of 100 people and 150 among 152 people who concession Foreign Affairs of the Foreign Affairs officer who was the target of about 250 people in the study. Results First, the difference between the regional culture will affect the crime. Second, individuals who have personality temperament will affect the crime. Both hypotheses were significantly positive result.

본 연구는 국가문화와 민족적 기질의 이민자 범죄와의 연관성에 대하여 알아보는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 다문화사회로의 변화는 세계의 추세로 경제적인 문제, 인구학적인 문제, 결혼문제, 교육문제, 정치적 문제, 문화적 문제, 여행의 자유화 등으로 지속될 수밖에 없다. 한국에 서도 급격히 증가하는 외국인으로 인한 문제 발생의 증가로 사회통합 관련 정책이 국가 행정의 핵심 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 유럽과는 다른 한국만의 문화적 차이는 다문화 정책 에 있어서도 그 방법과 가치가 달라질 것이다. 따라서 국가별 문화를 비롯한 법적가치에 대한 인식의 차이, 민족적 기질의 차이와 범죄 발생과의 관계를 알아 볼 필요가 있을 것이다. 강력범죄에서 통계와 기질에 대하여 기술한다는 것은 국제적인 오해와 개인적인 인 권 우려도 있으나, 가까운 미래에 발생할 수도 있는 한국 다문화사회의 범죄문제 대비를 위하여 연구를 진행하였다. 이에, 전국 250개 경찰서에서 근무하고 있는 외사 경찰관 중 150여명과 외사 특채자 152명 중 100명을 표본 추출하여, 약 250명을 연구의 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 국가별 문화의 차이는 범죄에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 둘째, 개인이 갖 고 있는 성격적 기질은 범죄에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 라는 두 가지 가설이 모두 유의미하게 긍정적인 결과가 나타났다.
