The purpose of this study is to find out how personal characteristics such as age, sex, status(level of education), blood-type affict forming of social network in SNS service(Kakao Talk, Kakao Story), which is a social asset. To this end, 986 people were surveryed and cross-analyzed and the result are as follows. Regarding forming of social network, age does play a role statistically in expanding weak social network(Kakao Talk) and it was also found that age, sex, and status(level of education) can affect forming of strong social network(Kakao Story) and maintaining closeness among friends. In addition, it was discovered by frequency analysis on blood-type that blood type characters(extroverted, introverted, anxious, emotional, ego-centric) can affect the way social networks are formed The significance of the study is as follows, Since there are not many study results on social relations, analysis on how personal characteristics including age, sex, status(level of eduction), blood-type characters affect forming of social networks and maintaining close relationship in SNS service(Kakao Talk, Kakao Story) is useful because of the follwing two reasons. 1. It confirms that personal characteristics do play in SNS service. 2. This indicates that SNS service can be used as a tool to resolve social issues by checking the recent phenomenon of expanding social network on SNS because of the social issue of “bullying”.

본 연구의 목적은 SNS(카카오톡, 카카오스토리)에서 사회적 자본인 연줄망 형성시 개인적 특성인 연령, 성별, 신분(학력), 혈액형적 성격이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아 보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 986명을 대상으로 설문조사하여 교차분석을 하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 연줄망 형성시 연령이 약한 연줄망(카카오톡) 확장에 통계적 으로 유의미한 차이가 있으며, 강한 연줄망(카카오스토리) 형성과 친구간 친밀감 유지 면에서는 연령, 성별, 신분(학력)별에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혈액형에 대한 빈도분석을 통해 혈액형적 성격(외향성, 내향성, 불안정, 감성적, 개인주 의 등)이 연줄망 형성방법에 미치는 영향을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 의의는 SNS를 이용한 사회적 관계 연구가 미흡한 가운데 개인적 특성인 연 령, 성별, 신분(학력)별, 혈액형적 성격이 SNS(카카오톡, 카카오스토리) 상에서 사회적 관계인 연줄망 형성과 친밀감 유지에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 해봄으로써 개인적 특성 이 SNS 상에서 미치는 영향을 확인 할 수 있었고, 최근 사회적 문제인 ‘따돌림’에 의한 SNS상에서 친구수 늘리기 현상에 대해 검증해 봄으로써 SNS가 사회적 문제를 해결할 수 있는 도구로 활용될 수 있다는데 시사 하는바가 크다.
