- The purpose of this study is to examine the possibility of anthocyanin pigments of some natural products. which is natural hair dye and free from skin irritation and environmental pollution, as hair dye to make up for the limitations of natural hair dye such as simple color and unscientific process of hair dyeing. Comparison of a 50% (v/v) methanol-water and low temperature pressure extraction method for Hair dyeing properties of anthocyanin pigments in natural products. Based only dye intake(K/S), while mordanting was effective for low temperature pressure extraction. Dye intake of aronia, blackberry, cherry, mulberry, black soybean in that order. From these results, we can confirm that the anthocyanin extracts may be useful in the materials of hair coloring dye.
