This paper is to design the Integrated Management System of QMS․EMS․PSMS and to develop quantitative and systematic procedures which establish KPI on circumstances of the integrated management system for improving the productivity. Proposed procedures as case study contains stages in selecting and drawing KPI and evaluating, verification, implementing and monitoring of KPI and surveillance. This paper applies avenue as to case which can be used not theoretically but more practically in achieving KPI.
