- Recently, enterprises have introduced outsourcing as a management strategy for surviving to be a competitive enterprise by adapting themselves to the rapidly changing management environment and increasing the management efficiency through enforcement of the core competence. However, outsourcing is an area where it is difficult to be successful without systematic and strategical approach. Therefore, an object of the present study is to build a basis for an enterprise to grow and develop into a going concern through increase in the productivity by reviewing the concept and actual status of introduction of outsourcing, analyzing problems with the introduction of outsourcing for Korean enterprises, and presenting concrete methods of improvement and strategies of promotion.
