There is no doubt that the IT spending over the years has tremendously increased productivity. As the productivity paradox theory, computerization has not shown significant impact on worker productivity before 1990s. Since 1990s, however, lot of scholars have interested on the productivity miracle theory which developed as a new & positive approach to relate productivity with IT spending.In the new millennium, we can found that there are moving from e-Commerce to e-Business and define the e-Business world in detail as the acceleration of the rate of productivity. In this paper, I examined how computer technology in the new economy was adapted to the needs of users and their work habits. I am also ready to argue that e-Business have been attributed to the productivity gain, and learnt to use e-Biz management tools and its system not just for covenience but to change the nature of worker job responsibilities and relationships with customers and business partners.Finally, we discussed on this paper what is the business intelligence in the e-Business world, and how one of factors of the business intelligence to impact physical & human resourcses productivity.
