This study is the definition of seven wastes in the industrial field and the suggestion of some methods to improve 7 wastes. Using the Arena Simulation System, we are studying to analyze the effect of waste improvement. By using the cost table to calculate and analyze the operating cost per hour. It makes wastes cost. That will be used that to improve the work place and productivity innovation in the company. It will be achieved using management strategy and the tool of management consulting.
