Web site quality has been recognized as an important factors for e-business productivity. The spread of information technology results in the acceleration of e-business in airlines. Particularly, web sites have taken an important role in e-business processes, and the quality of web site has been affected the customer behavior. In this paper, we focus on the web site quality model to improve the e-business productivity for airlines. There are lots of researches for evaluating web site in the view of customers' behavior. A web site quality should contain both the technical and the behavioral aspects. However, most of previous studies have concentrated on the behavioral aspect on web site quality. In this paper, we suggest a new web site quality model focusing on airlines. Based on WebQual, some technical attributes are included in our model. With empirical study, we can find our model is more effective than the previous one to evaluate the quality of airlines' web sites. Furthermore, our model can be more effectively applied to improve and to develop airlines web sites.

인터넷을 기반으로 활발한 사업 활동이 전개되는 오늘날의 사업 환경에서는 웹사이트가 단순한 정보의 전달이나 거래수단으로서의 역할만 하는 것이 아니라, 고객, 주주, 종사원 등 사업자의 이해관계자들과의 의사소통 수단으로 중요한 역할을 한다(Seethamraju 등,2006). 따라서 성공적인 웹사이트 구축을 위해서는 고객과의 의사소통과 고객의 욕구에 초점을 맞춰 설계하고 구현하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다.
