This study is an empirically validation of existing theories into the online shopping mall context. This study investigated the effects of perceived customer value(utilitarian value and hedonic value) to customer satisfaction and attitudinal loyalty on the basis of previous studies. The data was analyzed by reliability, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and covariance structure modeling, using LISREL(SIMPLIS) program. The results suggest that perceived utilitarian value and hedonic value had positive effects on customer satisfaction(H1-1, H1-2) and attitudinal loyalty(H2, H3), customer satisfaction had positive effects on attitudinal loyalty(H4). These findings also provide implications for the marketing strategy in online shopping mall context. However, this empirical study has limitations that can be addressed in the future research.

온라인 쇼핑몰은 소비자들에게 편의성과 시간절약 및 정보수집 측면에서 많은 이점을 제 공하고 있다. 이로 인해 많은 사람들이 온라인쇼핑몰을 이용하고 있는 실정이다. 온라인 상 거래의 성장은 B2B와 B2C 시장에서 두드러지고 있다. 특히 B2C는 최근에 와서 많은 성 장을 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 B2C를 중심으로 연구하고자 한다.
